In Taimer it is to create different customer types. The default account groups are: Lead, Partner, Cold and Customer
Customer = Account
You can manage (add, remove and edit) account groups in the Settings tab.
- Go to Settings
- Open the Program settings tab
- Open the Account groups and names tab
- Click Edit
- Define the account groups
Define the group new customers are automatically added to to once they are created in Taimer.
Define the customer type of all subcontractors. Subcontractors can be for example contractors, suppliers, buyers etc. Whenyou're creating purchase invoices manually, just choose the right invoicing address from the subcontractor list.
NB! An account can be added to more than one account group, for example to both Account and Subcontractor groups.
The empty fields on the account card
You can define the headlines and content of the three empty fields on the account card. The default fields in Taimer are email, phone and www.
