How to add a contact to an email list 

You can add one or multiple contacts to an excisting email list. You can do this via the Contacts module's contact list or by going through the "Details" page linked to the contact. 

How to add a contact to an email list via the Contacts module

  1. Choose contacts individually by ticking the box next to the contact name or choose all the contacts at once byt clicking on the green dot. 
  2. Click on "Functions" bar
  3. Click on the "Add to email list"
  4. Choose the email list you want to add the contact(s) on.
  5. Click "Save". 

How to add a contact to an email list through the "Details" page. 

  1. Click on ellipsis symbol next to contact name. 
  2. Choose "Edit" when the small dropdown menu appears. 
  3. Choose "Edit" on the top of the "Details" page which has now been opened. 
  4. Choose an email list you want to add the contact to.
  5. Click "Save."

How to delete a person from an email list?

You can delete a contact from an email list via the Contacts module or through the contact's "Details" page. 

How to delete a contact from an email list via the Contacts module?

  1. Choose the email list you want to manage.
  2. Tick the box next to the contact's name.
  3. Open the "Functions" dropdown menu.
  4. Choose "Delete from email list"
  5. Choose the email list you want to remove the contact from.
  6. Click "Save."

How to delete a contact from an email list through the contact's "Details" page?

  1. Click on the ellipsis symbol next to the contact name and choose "Edit" from the dropdown menu which opens. 
  2. Once the "Details" page is open and you activated the changes, click on the small cross next to the email list name.
  3. Click "Save."
