Where to find the bulk time entry tool
To find the bulk time entry tool, go to Time Tracker, and then click the bulk entry button on the right-hand side to enter the bulk entry view, as shown below.

When you click on the bulk entry icon, you'll see a list of projects you've tracked hours to this week. The bulk entry table shows you the account, project, job type, task, description and hours tracked for each day.
At the bottom of the view, you can see the total number of tracked hours for the list of projects, total number of hours tracked that day, and expected work time.
How to track hours using bulk time entry
Select the project
First, select the projects you'd like to track hours to by clicking the Add project to list drop-down menu. Here you can select multiple projects to your list.
If you'd like to track hours to the same project but different tasks or job types, just copy the row by clicking the three dots on the left-hand side of the row, and select Copy row. You can also delete the row by clicking Remove row.
Select the task
Next, go to the Task column and click the field to open a drop-down menu, in which you can select the task to track hours to. If you'd like to track hours to different tasks within the same project, copy the row and select another task.
To log in the hours, add a description for each task in the Description field.
Select job type
To make your time entries more accurate and informing, add a job type in the Jobtype column.

On the right-hand side of the bulk entry view, you can add the number of hours to be tracked to each project and task for each day of the week. You can either type in the number of hours to the field, or click the field and select the number of hours and minutes from the drop-down menu.
Note! you can override the default description, by entry, from the popup bottom part Description -field
To edit the days shown in the table, click on the eye icon to select or deselect days to be displayed in the bulk entry view.
Pin projects as favorites
To make bulk time entry even easier, you can pin your favorite projects/tasks by clicking the star icon on the left-hand side of each row. The ones you pin will be moved to the top of the list.
How to create, save and edit bulk entry lists
What is a bulk entry list?
You don't need to select the projects that you need to tracks hours to over and over again. You can save and edit lists to make time tracking easy and effortless. The lists show the projects and tasks you've saved.
How to create and save bulk entry lists?
When in the Bulk Entry view, click on Save list at the top of the view.
When you click Save list, this window will open. You can either update an existing list (if you have any) or create a new list. Just select the list you'd like to edit or give your new list a name, and click Save.
How to use saved to bulk entry lists?
Next to the Save list button, you can see a list of your saved bulk entry lists by click on Saved lists. Here you can select a list, or delete them.
To add projects to the list, open the list you've saved, and then click Save list, select the existing list you'd like to edit, and click Save.
How to track hours to own and recent projects?
Under the project and list selection, there is an option to view your own projects or projects with time entries this week. When you click on them, the bulk entry view will include those projects on the list and you can track hours to them.
