Did you just close a deal successfully? A deal closed as won automatically moves to the Won Deals pipeline from the Sales pipeline. Learn how to manage your won deals and projects effortlessly from one place.

Project Management in Taimer

In Taimer, you can create new projects, and also manage won deals. Won deals are the deals that are closed as won in the Sales Pipeline. These are automatically moved to the Won Deals funnel when marked as won. 

You can even create entirely new projects and manage them from here. You can view and manage all your won deals/projects using the List view or the Kanban view. 


List view

To manage your projects and won deals using the List view:

  • Navigate to the Projects > Projects/Won Deals from the sidebar
  • Select List from the header to manage all your projects in the list view
  • Click on the green + icon or Add Project tab to add a new project
  • To edit details for existing projects, click on the fields in the row
  • Drag and drop a column to move them across
  • Click on the Project or Account to view the project card and account card
  • Click on the more options icon (...) to add sub-projects, to create a copy or to delete the project

Fields explained

  • Funnel: You can view your external projects in the Won Deals funnel. Leads that are closed as won will be automatically moved to Won deals
  • Status: If a lead is active, closed or on hold
  • Expected close date: Closing date for the deal
  • Sales agent: Agent assigned to a lead
  • Status span: Choose a date range to view the status of all the leads for the selected time span
  • Advanced search: Choose more advanced filters to tailor your searches 
  • View: Switch to view or hide the main project and sub-projects under it


Kanban view

To manage your projects and won deals using the Kanban view:

  • Navigate to the Projects > Projects/Won Deals from the sidebar
  • Select Kanban from the header to manage all your projects in the Kanban view
  • You can create stages to monitor the progress of your projects
  • Click on Add stage to create a new stage
  • You can edit the name and progress percentage
  • Click on Add Project to add a project to a stage
  • Drag and drop a project to move it across the stages
  • Click on the chat icon to collaborate with your team on the project
