The timesheet or time tracker calendar not just lets you track work hours or time entries but also lets you assign tasks to users. You can create specific tasks for specific hours and assign them to several users.


How to add tasks directly in Time Tracker calendar.

There are two different ways to create a task from the time tracker calendar.

1. By drawing it directly in the calendar:

  • Navigate to Time tracker.

  • Activate the 'create new entries as tasks' button found in the right upper corner.

  • Draw the time in the calendar by dragging your mouse. 


2. By dragging the project directly to the calendar

  • Navigate to Time tracker.

  • Add a project to the Draggable Project list.

  • Add user or team.

  • Click the ellipsis-symbol next to the user you added and choose 'Assign tasks to user'.

  • Now you can drag the project from your project list to the calendar.



Follow up on tasks & check task status

You can easily see the status of your tasks from the time tracker calendar. Click on 'Show in calendar', and choose what you would like to view.

From the time tracker calendar, you can now see which tasks are done, overdue or in progress.
