Taimer lets you add new accounts in multiple different ways.
Learn how to add an account:
- From the header
- From the Accounts page
- From the Sales pipeline
- From the Projects page
- When creating a new invoice
- From the mobile app

Plans & Permissions:
- Plans: Free CRM, SalesCRM, PM, ERP
- Permissions: Admin / Accounts access
Add an account from the header
The header bar is always visible on the top of the page. Navigate to the Add New tab in the header, click on Account, and update account details in the Account card.
Add an account from the Accounts page
Navigate to the Accounts feature from the sidebar. Click on Add Account or the green + icon to add a new account, and update account details in the Account card.
Add an account from the Sales pipeline
You can create a new account at the same time as you are adding a new Lead in Taimer.
- Navigate to Sales > Pipeline in the sidebar
- Click on the green Add Project button
- Update account details in the account card
In the List view:
- Click on the + icon
- Update account details directly from here
In the Kanban view:
- Click on the Add Project option in the card
- Update account details directly from here
Add an account from the Projects page
You can create a new account at the same time as you are adding a new won deal or project in Tamer. To do this:
- Navigate to Projects > Won Deals in the sidebar
- Click on Add Project or the + icon
- Update account details in the account card
Add an account from an invoice
Taimer allows you to create a new account when creating an invoice. To do this:
- Navigate to Financials > Invoicing from the blue sidebar
- Click on Add invoice
- Use a blank invoice template
- Add a new account in the Invoice details section
Add an account from the Taimer app
You can download the Taimer apps on your iOS and Android devices. To add an account:
- Go to the Taimer Project management and CRM app
- Click on the + icon
- Add a new Account
- Update account details
