Add and delete files

If you want to add files to an account for internal reference, you can do it in the account card. The maximum size of a single file is 5Mb. Attachments can be pictures, Word, Excel or PDF files.

To upload a file to an account:

  • Navigate to an account from Accounts/Pipelines/Projects
  • Click on the account
  • Navigate to attachments in the header
  • Drag & Drop the file or by click on Choose a file

To upload a file to a project:

  • Navigate to a project from Pipelines/Projects
  • Click on the project
  • Navigate to attachments in the header
  • Drag & Drop the file or by click on Choose a file

To delete or download a file:

  • Click on the more options icon (...) next to the filename
  • Click on delete to delete the file
  • Click on the filename to download the file

NB! The attachments section is meant for attachments related to projects/accounts for internal communication only.
