HOW TO ADD A NEW ACCOUNT

  • Click on the Accounts tab, in the blue bar

  • Click Add Account

  • Fill in details as comprehensive as possible, will help you and others in the future

DETAILED EXPLANATION

  • Name: Add customer name (company or a private person)

  • Business ID: Add the identification number of the customer

  • Type: Default type is set to Customer. Additionally remove it by clicking X and give it a new value

  • Industry: Define the industry of the customer

  • Phone: Add the main phone number of the customer

  • WWW: Website of the customer

  • Account Director: Add a member of your staff who takes charge of the customer

  • Penalty interest (%): Give the penalty percentage of an overdue invoice

  • Notice period: Days after the customer is being notified of an overdue invoice

  • Terms of payment: Days within the invoice should be transactioned

  • Account Group: Gather similar customers to groups

  • Tag: Create tags for customers for more advanced grouping

HOW TO ADD CONTACT & INVOICING DETAILS

  • Click on green plus-icon to Add new details

  • New Contacts will automatically be added to contact list

  • Tip: Add Invoicing address to accounts for smart invoicing 

  • Add e-invoicing details to be able to send e-invoices. See local operators here

DETAILED EXPLANATION

  • Contact persons: Add information of the key contact person(s) of the customer

  • Visiting addresses: Add visiting address(es) of the customer

  • Invoicing addresses: Add invoicing address(es) of the customer. For adding e-invoicing details click the arrow pointing right.
