It is wise to add a start and end date for your project. These dates define for example

  • The assumed timespan for the project resourcing

  • The realised timespan for the project resourcing

  • The timespan in the project listing

The view in the Resourcing calendar

The start and end dates affect the timespan view of the Resourcing calendar. Taimer's default setting for the start date is the Monday of the current week and the end date is the Sunday of the current week.

For example:

The start date set in the project basic information is Tuesday 4th of April 2017 and the end date Friday 30th of June 2017. The resourcing calendar's timespan is automatically set from Monday 3rd of April to Sunday 2nd of July.

This is how the start and end dates are seen in the project listing
