Defining and editing project levels (Kanban view)

The admin user has the rights to define the project levels of the sales pipeline. This is done in the Settings tab. You can create up to five project levels per status (Statuses: Lead, Offered, On Hold, On going)

Stage 1: Choose the right project status 

  1. Open the Settings tab

  2. Choose Your company information

  3. Choose Define stages for the different project statuses 

  4. Choose the right status (Lead, Offered, On Hold, On going)

  5. Choose Edit. 

Stage 2: Define project levels 

  1. Choose Add row

  2. Fill in the name of the preferred level

NB! If you wish to delete a created level, Taimer will automatically restore all projects on that level back on to the first level.
